RCA AUs shall be
established as follows:
.311 Parents and their children under 18 years of age shall be in the same
AU.
.312 Single adult refugees and minor refugees emancipated under state law
shall be established in their own AU(s).
.313 Married couples without children shall be in the same AU.
.314 Unemancipated minor refugees shall not be in
their own AU.
