CDSS ACL 97-09 -- February 25, 1997 (Synopsis): AFDC Eligibility for Homeless Assistance (HA) in a Suspense Month

An assistance unit that is homeless in a suspense month is eligible for Homeless Assistance (HA) including temporary shelter and permanent housing when other conditions for HA eligibility are met.
