Seeing the State Regulations on Hearing Procedures
The state regulations on our hearing procedures are included in Divisions 19, 20, 21, 22 of the CDSS Manual of Polices and Procedures. These regulations are available as follows:
- on the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) website
- at your local county welfare department office
If you want to look at these state regulations at your local county welfare department office, it is a good idea to first call your county welfare department and make an appointment to see the regulations. You can ask to look at the regulations even if you have not requested a hearing.
You are not required to look at the regulations on hearing procedures before your hearing.
