Presenting Your Case
You must be prepared to present your best case at the hearing. You will be given an opportunity to tell the judge why you disagree with the county’s action.
You will also be given an opportunity to present evidence to prove facts important to your case. You may testify on your own behalf. You may present witnesses to testify at your hearing. You may present written evidence such as bills, letters, documents, receipts, records, memos, notices, reports, statements, and affidavits.
