Schedule of Annual Plan Effective Dates and Compliance Reviews
The calendar shows both the Annual Plan Effective Dates and the Compliance Review Dates for the Federal 2007/2008 fiscal year.
For those counties falling under the months shown, the Effective Dates begin on the first of that month. The Due Date of the completed Annual Plan falls exactly two months before that county's Effective Date, so if you wish to know when a Plan is due, count back two months or 60 days to the first day of the month. For instance, if you are Alameda County and your Annual Plan Effective date falls on the first of January, the date your plan would be due to the Civil Rights Bureau would be November first of the previous year.
The Compliance Reviews will fall somewhere within the month listed, though it is our intent to be able to furnish the exact dates from start to finish of each review.
