Foster Care Group Home Program Compliance Audit Protocols – Dated May 2003
PROVISIONAL AUDIT
In accordance with Senate Bill 933 (Chapter 311, Statutes of 1998), the CDSS is required to perform a provisional rate audit of all new group home providers, new programs by existing providers, or existing providers who receive rate classification level (RCL) increases. The CDSS conducts non-provisional program audits of on-going programs to determine whether the program is providing the level of services and maintaining the documentation to support the paid rate. Non-provisional program audits are scheduled as a result of random selections or referrals. More...
