Access to RFP
The RFP is located on the Department of General Services website. To access the RFP, you will need to have a User ID and Password if you don't have one already. Follow this link to get access - DGS Contracts Register - Click on “5 Consulting”, check the box next to “Information Technology” and then click “Submit”. Once you are on the Contracts Advertisements page, scroll down and click on CWS/CMS New System V & V bidder’s library.
